Mochizuki is a CV UTAUloid. He is also good for Talkloid as his otoing suggests.
VCV Tripitch is soon to come!
He can sing in japanese, but is only limited to some phonemes. For english, just like other natural Japanese UTAUs, he can sing Katakana-like english, but he has L's and V's too, in contrast with R's and B's. As for Filipino, the language and phonemes are quite identical to japanese, so it might not be a problem. Also, along with 'n', he also has 'm', 's' and 'sh'.
Since the last update, his oto has been completely remade and now his vowels along with some syllables starting in consonants sound better, but only when using Synth since it has the ability of automatic aliasing and adding of prefix and suffix. Furthermore, his file size has been reduced from 20MB to 7MB due to the changes made in Act2, compared to the gigantic size of Act1. As of now, the latest version is 3.0.0

MOCHIZUKI is originally a U-Synth only Utauloid. However, he can be used in Windows-UTAU as well. Moreover, there is no guarantee that he will work very well with it. Also, the unzipping might yield weird results. It is advisable to uncompress using "The Unarchiver".
It is advisable to use kana and not romanji when using his voice bank, as the effects on the aliases yield better outcome.

Personality: Cold, Unpredictable, One with a very mysterious nature, he appears numb at times and oddly blends in the picture without standing out. With his snake-like sneaky attitude and observing eyes of an owl, he could see through people without them guessing what exactly is in his mind.
