Ne is a powerful soldier who was raised by a company to be their ultimate weapon. She later ran away with a sword she was given earlier, codenamed N01, which can form itself and shift into many different weapons and objects. It can also sync with the user, with the form changes not needing any manual commands.
Ne is somewhat quiet and gives off intimidating looks, she can even come off as aggresive at times, she is very insecure about her strength, though. She is rather stoic and can act immature sometimes.
She became very paranoid of being caught by the company which raised her again in the past, as They constantly try to hunt her down.
Nowdays she lives in a calm place somewhere in the mountains with her cat, which she loves very much.
She used to date another UTAU named Steve Window, and she also used to train in an army together with the UTAU Rizumu Teion, though she still considers him her friend. Ne is Swiss. Her name is the word "neutral" shortened.
