Karasune is a mysterious figure assumed to be a doctor, but it's not completely certain. No one really knows where he came from. His face is permanently covered by a plague doctor's mask, historically thought to protect the wearer from airborne diseases when stuffed with fragrant herbs, along with loose black robes, leather gloves, and platform boots. A dark veil surrounds most of his head, held down by a standard hat. None of his body can be seen, so who knows what's under there?
He is generally friendly and likes to help people, but easily becomes confused and tends to not pay attention to his surroundings. A lot of things he says don't make sense. Has an eerie vibe and can be quite scary at times.
